Warranty Information
- All Olecmac, Tanaka and Jonsered products carry a limited 1 year warranty
- All reported faults are subject to verification
- We will not advance replace, unverified faulty items
This warranty will not give protection for the following:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any 3rd party or yourself
- Damage caused by external force
- A product not used for it’s intended purpose that has been subject to abuse, unreasonable usage, or that upon examination displays signs of misuse
Other points to note related to warranties:
- Please ensure that all items purchased meet your requirements before leaving the place of purchase or accepting the delivery
- No exchange or return on used merchandise
- Please inspect your purchases promptly as any missing items must be reported within 14 days
- Proof of Purchase must be provided
- This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights
